Are you looking to use your Google ads for your Shopify account? Below are some pointers that will help you get started.

Description is a relatively less important one, and can briefly give visitors an idea of what you're selling. Display URL is your website address while destination URL is the landing page to which you are sending your traffic. Ideally, both these links should be different.
After setting up all this, start small. Choose a handful of relevant keywords and a small budget to start, and you can always expand if it works for you. Talk to a Google adwords company if you need any help.
